Ordered this on Friday, delivery took 2 business days, received it on Wed. Easy to assemble - but I must admit I watched a product video as the enclosed instruction font is too small. The fountain is VERY quiet compared to the one we had before (we I had a few fountains before) and easy for cat to drink - there are two modes, fountain and facet. My cat likes running water, so I use it in facet mode.
